Required Information

1. Original ID card (for those under 14 years old: original household register or a copy of household registration transcript issued within the past three months). Photocopy of ID card* Do not write on the photocopy

2. Photocopy of the front and back of your ID card* Please do not write on the photocopy.

3. Two 2-inch color ID photos (the diameter from the top of the head to the chin must be 3.2-3.6 cm, no teeth but ears must be exposed, taken within 6 months)

4. Original copy of old passport (If you have not applied for a new passport, you must first go to the Household Registration Office to apply for personal identification and submit it together with all other documents to the travel agency)

5. Original copy of discharge order (for those who have not been discharged or have not been issued a discharge order)

6. If you are aged 14 or above but under 18, you must attach the original ID card of your guardian, the original household register or the original household registration transcript within three months.

7. If you are a military personnel, you need to attach a copy of your military ID card

8. If you lose your passport and need to reissue it, you must attach a report
